  It was my distinct pleasure to judge the 2007 National Young Bird Show in Louisville ,Ky. The quality of the birds was of the highest level. The two birds featured on the site both belong to Leonard Rusche who made the long journey from Simi Valley,Ca.
Many of the decisions I made were based on minor "faults" the level of competition was that high. Bob Kluss, Dick and John Lipski did an exceptional job of " running" the show. The courtesy and sportsmanship of Americas greatest Show Racing Homer fanciers was quite gratifying .
